StreetPass Teams¶
This game uses StreetPass to send and receive teams created using the playable characters.
Your StreetPass team can contain up to 10 characters from the main story and you can create a profile for other players to see.
When you receive a Fire Emblem: Awakening StreetPass tag, another player’s StreetPass team may appear on your world map. You will then be able to fight this team or buy items from them.
You can also recruit the StreetPass team’s leader – the other player’s Avatar – by emerging victorious in battle or by bribing them with gold. Useful if you need a helping hand.
Bonus Box¶
This is where all the SpotPass content for the game is stored; don’t forget to access it and enable SpotPass as soon as it’s available!
Content includes new characters, items, sidequests and teams for the Double Duel mode.
More details can be found in the Bonus Box chapter at the end of this guide.
Renown Awards¶
Each time you complete a mission or recruit a bonus/StreetPass team, your Renown will increase.
In the “Renown” menu, you can earn rare and valuable items corresponding to your level of Renown.
The Renown Awards page at the end of this guide has further details about the rewards and required Renown.
Double Duel¶
This is a two player local co-op mode, where you can team up with another Fire Emblem: Awakening player to fight enemies.
Avatar Logbook¶
View your recruited Avatars and legacy characters.
There is a limited number of spaces for these characters in your army, but you can store up to 99 in your Logbook and summon them at any time (for a cost). The contents of the Logbook are saved between all of your save files.
SpotPass¶
Configure SpotPass settings for the game.
If SpotPass is enabled, your 3DS or 2DS will automatically connect to the internet to download content for the Bonus Box.
Depending on when you play the game, you may also receive notifications from Nintendo regarding the weekly DLC and Bonus Box content.
