While progressing through Like a Dragon: Ishin you may have picked up a Prize ticket or two from the shiny spots on the floor which may leave you wondering what you can do with these. Well, these are used in the Prize Wheel Lottery which gives you a chance to obtain some rare items. This page will guide you through where to find it, the best method to get the tickets, and what you can acquire from them.
At the start of Chapter 2 you gain access to the Prize Wheel Lottery where you can spend the Prize Tickets you’ve been accruing.
Prize Wheel Lottery Location¶
The Prize Wheel Lottery isn’t displayed on the map, so it can be tricky to find at first unless you search the area diligently. But if you look at the map of Fushimi, you’ll see two small buildings at the end of the Fushimi Ichibangai street, next to Daruma Eatery. These buildings are where you’ll find the Prize Wheel Lottery vendors.
You can find the Prize Wheel Lottery next to Daruma Eatery in Fushimi.
How does the Prize Wheel Lottery Work?¶
At the start of Chapter 2, you’ll get a tutorial briefly explaining how it works. The lottery will require 5 lottery tickets for each spin, and you can acquire the tickets by searching all the shiny spots scattered around the maps. However, the best way to earn tickets is to purchase goods from any of the various shops. The more you spend, the more tickets you’ll get.
When you speak to the Prize Wheel Attendant, she’ll ask if you want to give the wheel a spin. At first, you will only have access to the basic prizes that cost 5 tickets per spin, but later on, you will be able to unlock further functions such as a Lucky Prize Wheel, where you can spend an extra two tickets to have a higher chance of getting a prize. Then, once you spend 50 tickets, a second stall will open up next to it, which offers a rare prize wheel that will offer you rarer prizes at the cost of 10 tickets per spin.
Prize Wheel Lottery Prize List¶
Here are all the items you can get from the regular, and lucky Prize Wheel. These start at one ticket and can cost up to 10 tickets per spin depending on what wheel you’re spinning. There are five different lists of items, and you can only obtain every prize on the list once (except the fourth prize). When you spend 50 tickets, you’ll unlock the rare prize wheel which you can find out about below.
A helpful tip before playing the lottery is to save the game, play the lottery, and if you don’t get the prizes you want, re-load the save. If the prize list has a pink icon next to the item, it means that you’ve already obtained that prize. Get all four items, and the list will get changed to one of the lists below.
When you look at the Prize List, you may notice an icon next to the prize. This means you’ve already obtained that prize, and they are only one-time until the list gets updated.
Regular Lottery Prizes¶
These prizes can all be obtained from the first lottery stall. You have the regular prize wheel and the lucky prize wheel. The regular wheel will cost you one ticket while the latter will set you back two tickets. Purchasing 50 tickets from this stall will unlock the second stall with rarer prizes.
The Regular Lottery Prize Wheel costs 1 ticket to spin the wheel while the Lucky Prize Wheel will cost you double.

Rare Lottery Prizes¶
Unlocked after spending at least 50 tickets on the other Prize Wheel lottery stall. This Prize wheel will offer you better rewards at the cost of more tickets. The Rare Prize Wheel will set you back 5 tickets while the Lucky Rare Prize Wheel will cost you 10. If you want any of the higher tier items on these lists, it’s better to double down and go with the Luck Rare Spins as the alternative will leave you with mostly fourth, or if you’re lucky, third tier prizes.
After 50 tickets have been spent in the regular prize wheel stall, a second stall will open with rarer items. This costs 5 tickets for the Rare Prize Wheel, and 10 for the Lucky Rare Prize Wheel.
