As you start to approach the last quarter of Like a Dragon: Ishin, the Substories begin to dry up. There are only two substories to complete in Chapter 10, but the last one requires a lot of work to unlock, and will be your most formidable challenge yet.

Where to Find All Substories in Chapter 10¶

Chapter 10 will be the final Chapter that you can get any new substories. There are only two in this chapter, and both of them have a prerequisite. The Brawler Enlightened requires you to complete the previous two substories, Brawler for Hire, and Brawler Incarnate which can be found in Mukurogai. The last substory is Amon which is the super boss of the game, and a tough one at that, but you will only be able to accept it once you complete every substory in the game and all the Battle Dungeons.

All Chapter 10 Substories¶

These are all the Substories you will find in Chapter 10. Brawler Enlightened can be found in the northeast section of Mukurogai. This requires you to complete Brawler Incarnate first. Amon requires you to complete every substory as well as every Battle Dungeon. When these requirements are met, talk to the Mission Receptionist in the Shinsengumi Barracks to trigger a scene.

Don’t worry if you haven’t finished every substory by this point as you can still unlock the Amon by completing the rest of the substories in future chapters, or in the Premium Adventure mode, unlocked once you finish the game. This mode allows you to play the game without having to do the story and significantly cuts down the amount of time to get the substories done.
