How to Unlock Request 21¶

You can pick up this request from the blackboard at Galaxy Hall after completing Request 8, Request 14 and catching a Mr. Mime. You may also need to increase Mr. Mime’s Research Level.
Where to Find Andra¶

The person who put up this request is Andra, who you gave berries to during Request 14. He’s waiting on the south side of the river, opposite the Craftworks. As outlined in the blackboard notice, Andra is suspicious of a Mr. Mime that lives in the village.
Chase After Mr. Mime¶
We bet Mr. Mime didn’t see this coming.
Andra will point to the Mr. Mime in question, skulking in the narrow back alley between the houses in the western residential block. Try to confront the Mr. Mime head on though and you’ll be blocked by an invisible wall. To get around the wall, go around the residential block and enter from the back. There’s an entrance near where you found a 
Bidoof for Request 8.
Reaching Mr. Mime here is slightly tricky.
The Mr. Mime will run off to the north-east corner of Galaxy Hall. Go over there to speak with Andra. Again, you can’t reach the Mr. Mime directly. So go clock-wise around Galaxy Hall until you’re at the north-west corner. Proceed through the back of Galaxy Hall.
You’ll likely run into some invisible walls. First, keep to the right. When you can’t proceed further, go left till you can’t. Next, head backwards while hugging left. When you can go left again, continue forward. Right before reaching the Mr. Mime, there’s a small wall near the left, but otherwise the path should be clear.
The last set of invisible walls are easy if you come from the left side.
Oh no, the Mr. Mime will escape yet again. Go over to the right side of the Front Gate to try and corner the menace. Again, Mr. Mime won’t make this easy. But the path to it is actually pretty easy.
Head over to where Ress is guarding the gate and stand in front of him. While facing Ress/the exit, head right. After going past the fence with a ladder next to it, try and go forward as you continue right. You’ll run into an invisible wall, but soon afterwards you’ll break through and reach the suspect.
Reward for Request 21¶
Who’d have thought Mr. Mime would make a great gatekeeper?
For completing this request, you’ll receive 2 Aux Guards. These can be used in battle to boost your Pokémon defensive stats by 2 stages. This effect lasts for 5 turns or when the Pokémon leaves the fight.
