Roselia.

The easiest way to complete this is to catch 6 Roselia during daylight hours - this way you’ll get 6 research points for number caught, and 4 more points for catching them during the day.
Once you’ve completed the Pokédex entry (remember to speak to Laventon to update it), talk to Berra and show her the entry. She’ll give you x5 Grain Cake and x2 Exp Candy S.
