Request 49: Keep an Eye Out for Aipom!

This quest is picked up from Hiko, who’s found on the cliffs between Veilstone Cape and Windbreak Stand in Cobalt Coastlands. He’ll ask you to chase down the pesky Aipoms that have stolen his bag!

How to Catch the Aipoms for Hiko¶

This request is pretty straightforward, all you’ll need to do is chase the Aipoms around the cliffs. When you approach them they’ll run away and you’ll need to catch up. You’ll need to run after them a couple of times before you can finally battle them. They’re level 30 and you’ll have to fight both of them at the same time. They’re normal-type Pokémon so their only weakness is fighting-type Pokémon. You don’t have to use fighting-types if you don’t have any in your party, and if you have any Alpha or high levelled Pokémon then you’ll have no real issue.

Upon defeating the Aipoms, Hiko will reward you with x5 Scatter Bang and x1 Exp. Candy M.
