This mission will become available following the completion of Goodbye, Dear Friend so long as you have no more than one other open mission. If you’ve been following this walkthrough, this should be the last Honor Mission needed for the Lending a Hand Trophy/Achievement. Head back to camp and speak to Sadie to begin the mission, you’ll need to skip cutscenes if going for the Gold Medal due to the time requirement. Agree to assist her and then agree to ride with her as you make your way Hanging Dog Ranch where the last of the O’Driscolls are holding out.
You’ll want to bring a rifle along with you for this mission, you’ll need it for the second objective. Follow Sadie towards the ranch and then get ready as she tosses a Fire Bottle into the ranch. Take cover and begin picking off the O’Driscolls, there’s no accuracy or health item requirement here but you’ll want to kill them as quickly as possible due to the time requirement.
Use Dead Eye to score a headshot on the sniper in the barn.
During the midpoint of the shootout, a sniper will appear at the top of the barn. Quickly enter Dead Eye and headshot him before returning to shooting the rest of the O’Driscolls in the vicinity. You’ll want to move between cover points as you make your way towards the barn. Once the O’Driscolls outside are all down, you’ll need to make your way into the barn to kill the ones hiding there.
Take cover by the side of the barn to keep out of danger.
You need to ensure that you don’t take any damage at all during this sequence so keep to cover and aim for headshots. You’ll find one enemy on the ground floor with another two on the upper floor, so long as you keep to cover you should have no problem avoiding damage. Once the last O’Driscoll falls, make a dash to the cabin Sadie is in and head upstairs to complete the final Honor Mission.
