Speak to Uncle at Beecher’s Hope to begin this mission where he will inform you that Charles is still alive and fighting in the streets of Saint Denis. The two of you will agree to go and get him and you’ll board the next train for Saint Denis.
Once you arrive, you’ll have 1 minute 50 seconds to find Charles so immediately dash over to your horse and gallop as fast as possible to the saloon. Ask the bartender there if he knows of Charles and eventually he’ll point you in the direction of Saint Saturnines. Gallop around the corner as fast as possible and over to where the church is, you’ll find Charles in the alley there. You’ll get the opportunity to be on who you think will win the next fight and although Charles has been throwing fights, he’ll win this one so he can get out with a bit of cash. Go ahead and bet on Charles too and watch the fight unfold, once Charles wins, the two of you will head to the docks to retrieve his bag.

Unfortunately for you, Guido Martelli, the new top dog of Saint Denis and his henchmen open fire. Stay in cover and activate Dead Eye immediately to mark the four men for headshots. You’ll need to kill all of the men within 10 seconds and this is by far the quickest way. Quickly run over to the wagon now and board it, Charles will take the reins as you make your escape from the law. Avoid shooting anybody as you escape and you’ll leave Saint Denis without further trouble.
