What is Food Used For in Avatar?¶
Having a variety of dishes that you can cook up is extremely useful in Avatar, as it has many benefits beyond the unique effects they offer. Consuming food will replenish your energy which recovers your health outside of battle and when you eventually get yourself an Ikran it’ll require a lot of food as its energy will deplete quickly. Additionally, you’ll come across many settlements for the individual clans, and they have a basket where you contribute food or equipment and having a recipe they want will provide you with more favor.
