There are several resources you can gather for cooking and crafting in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, but some of them can be difficult to find. You’ll be able to find Cloud Spitter Seeds scattered around the Upper Plains, but they are hard to gather because you’ll need to pay close attention to see where the seed lands! If you are having trouble finding Cloud Spitter Seeds, then continue reading for tips on how to find it!
Where to Find Cloud Spitter Seeds in Avatar¶
Cloud Spitter Seeds can only be found in the second region, known as the Upper Plains, so you’ll need to progress through the story until you have completed the 11th main mission, The Wandering Clan. You’ll now want to make your way over to the Windswept Grasslands biome, which is in the Step’s Cradle. You’ll need to be on the lookout for Cloud Spitter which is shaped like a bulb, and these are commonly found within the Upper Plains. Once you’ve tracked down a Cloud Spitter, you’ll want to approach it and then look up into the sky and pay close attention to see where the item lands, then you’ll want to rush over to it quickly before it disappears.
What are Cloud Spitter Seeds Used for in Avatar?¶
You can cook a variety of dishes in Pandora and Cloud Spitter Seeds are one of the ingredients that you can use. If used in a dish, it’ll give it the additional effect of Nimble Gatherer II which gives you +15% to your Core Stats when gathering. There are Fine, Superior, and Exquisite versions of Cloud Spitter Seeds, but the better qualities aren’t easy to come by as certain requirements need to be met before they can show up.
How to Get Superior and Exquisite Cloud Spitter Seeds in Avatar¶
If you use better qualities of ingredients when cooking it’ll increase the duration of the effect, which means that particular dish will last you longer. This means you’ll want to track down Exquisite Cloud Spitter Seeds and we’ve managed to find them sitting on top of the floating rocks in the Weeping Steps area of the Step’s Cradle sub-region. You can reach this area by using your Ikran. When you attempt to harvest the Cloud Spitter Seeds, you’ll want to push the analog stick up to keep it in pristine condition.
