A Hoshidan monk who serves Hinoka. Born at a small shrine, and made pilgrimages to holy mountains in training. He is aloof, acerbic, and philosophical. Cries less than anyone in the army.

Azama has incredibly well-balanced stats, with all of them being excellent. Just looking at the numbers, and he shapes up to be very useful and powerful… Wait, he comes as a Monk? So he can’t even make use of his Strength? And you have to level him up before you can even promote him? And he still doesn’t have good reclassing options?!
This is a classic case of a great unit stuck in an unfitting class distribution. All of the numbers point Azama to being very versatile and strong. Yet his class options are poor and greatly hinder his useability. Great Master , the upgrade from Monk, is his best option, even giving him a strong skill in Countermagic, but that’s about it. Consider carefully who Azama supports with and marries so that he can make the most of his solid stat spread.
