Promotes to: Master Ninja and Mechanist
Ninja is one of the most potent classes to own, which is only helped by their skillset. Locktouch is extremely useful during the main campaign, allowing you to pluck valuable items out of chests easily, and open doors that may be needed to get to the boss or do other valuable manuevers, without needing to worry about finding keys on the battlefield (indeed, many maps won’t give you enough chest or door keys for everything).
Poison Strike is further icing on the cake, allowing you to weaken bulky units passively and bring them within KO range. Ninjas also possess very high Speed, allowing them to double-hit most every enemy present, and even from range due to the nature of Shurikens and Daggers. It’s a good thing you can get a Ninja in all three game paths, they are excellent for picking off foes from afar, and the Ninja you get, Kaze, has excellent Resistance bolstered by the innate growth rates of this class, making them excellent mage-killers.
