Town in a Deeprealm | Rout the enemy. |
You are now in another Deeprealm dealing with the ramifications of Narnia time. How swell. It looks like Kana is eager to see you and join you…if it weren’t for the fact that seeing bandits try to attack you just turned them into a dragon! Kinda like what happened to you in Chapter 5.
Because Kana is currently a Feral Dragon , they can’t be spoken to or recruited in any way. Rather, they will rampage around the map killing whatever they’d like. Upon completion of the Paralogue’s objective, they will join you permanently, so long as you can keep them alive.
There is a Dragon Vein that will remove the water from the area, freeing up mobility for you if you’re feeling up to it. It’ll also allow the enemies to move freely too, though, so watch out for that. Split up your army into three factions. Take a small force to the east to take out the eastern units, a small force to the west to take out the western units, then send the bulk of your forces southward where most of your enemies await you.
There are a lot of bow users in this Paralogue so be careful of busting out your flying units. Healers are abound as well, and you’ll definitely want to defeat them quickly so they won’t keep healing the enemy, or debuff you. Additionally, if you are recruiting Kana after Chapter 18, you might want to try to prevent them from engaging the enemy because their lower stats could get them killed quickly. Keep them as safe as you can by defeating enemies that are close to them. If you pair up with a mounted or flying unit you can shoot out far to the edges of the map faster than Kana can travel.
Kana will join as a noble, just like you, complete with their own little sword and a Dragonstone. They even have a personal skill that lets them heal passively if their Dragonstone is equipped! How nice.
