There is a Shrine of the Putrid Mother that can be found in Skyrest, but to purchase anything from it you’ll need to obtain a lot of Plucked Eyeballs and they can only be obtained by avenging other players. Unfortunately, the opportunities to do this don’t show up very often so you’ll want to get your hands on the Eye of Vengeance to increase the frequency they show up. How to Get Eye of Vengeance in Lords of the Fallen¶

You can start getting your hands on Eye of Vengeance by purchasing them from the Shrine of the Putrid Mother in Skyrest., but they’ll cost you 15 Plucked Eyeballs which isn’t ideal if you’re trying to buy Umbral Scouring so you can purchase boss equipment. Alternatively, you’ll be able to purchase them from Molhu who is also in the Skyrest for 1,000 Vigor, but you’ll need to enter Umbral to see him.

How to Use Eye of Vengeance in Lords of the Fallen¶

Once you’ve got your hands on the Eye of Vengeance you’ll want to make sure you’re online and then consume it via your inventory. You’ll now start seeing lanterns that are sitting amongst some red butterflies more often which means you’ll be able to avenge many more players and stock up on Plucked Eyeballs a lot faster. If you’re still not having much luck, then try visiting difficult areas, such as The Forsaken Fen as there is a higher chance to come across fallen players.
