The most common herbivores in the Monster Hunter world, Aptonoth are very docile herd creatures who spend their days grazing and tending to the young. They are hunted for meat by both humans and predators alike, being at the unfortunate bottom of the food chain, but are also used as beasts of burden in some villages.

Small Charge: The largest alpha males of the herd will sometimes do a little charge at you in an attempt to protect the herd from your wrath, before fleeing themselves.
