In Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII: Reunion, the DMW plays a large role in combat. When the reels stop on the same image three times, you’ll get a limit break or summon. This page will tell you how to get the Cait Sith Summon.

Cait Sith | Cures Poison and Silence, and activates Barrier, MBarrier, Endure, MP and AP Cost Zero, and Null Physical/Magic. |
Cait Sith is familiar to any fans of Final Fantasy VII, as he was a playable character in the original game. You will be able to get him as a summon in Crisis Core Reunion, although you will have to wait a little bit before getting him. It should be noted that early on, Cait Sith can be a pretty good summon to get in combat, as he grants you a variety of buffs, so it’s good for just about any battle, especially bosses.
How to Unlock the Cait Sith Summon in Crisis Core Reunion¶
Cait Sith will be a summon you cannot get until Chapter 3, so progress the main story until you get there. Once you do, you will eventually end up in Mako Reactor 5, where the game will give you a lengthy cutscene featuring Sephiroth. After this is over and you regain control of Zack, look down the side path right at the start to see a ladder. Approach this ladder to not only unlock a Mail (Treasure Princess - Recruitment), but also Mission 8-4-1.
You will be doing this chain of missions, not just because of trying to get Mission Completionist, but because you can get some summons from it, as well as a very useful Materia at the end. The first few missions won’t be all too challenging at this point in the game, especially if you’ve been doing all of the other optional content thus far. Progress in the mission set until you reach Mission 8-4-3. Complete this mission to receive the Cait Sith’s Megaphone key item, which will unlock Cait Sith’s image for the DMW.
