Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII: Reunion has a wealth of customization opportunities and with it, ways to really make Zack powerful. At a certain point, you’ll find 9999 HP isn’t enough and want to learn how to Break the HP Limit.
Where to Get the Adaman Bangle Accessory¶
If you take the time to play through a lot of Crisis Core Reunion’s many side missions, you’ll quickly find the enemies have easy means of doing over 9,999 HP with several of their attacks, especially in a lot of the later optional Missions.
Rest assured; you can raise the limit of your HP to be 99,999 instead of the 9999 it is at the start of the game. To do this, you’ll need to track down the Adaman Bangle Accessory and keep it equipped. This Bangle is the easiest method of breaking the HP Limit, although there are better alternatives once you get to the toughest challenges Crisis Core Reunion has to offer.
The earliest instance of the Adaman Bangle is as a reward for completing Mission 7-3-6. You can get to this Mission by reaching Chapter 4 and then progressing the M7-2 Precious Things sub-category to eventually unlock and complete the Mission. You can also obtain this Accessory in chests from the M9-2-4 and M9-5-4 missions, although it’s unlikely you’ll reach those Missions without the Adaman Bangle from M7-3-6 first.
Where to Get the Genji Armor¶
The next step up is the Genji Armor, this Accessory will also sets the HP limit at 99999 but also adds the Endure and Regen effects. This will easily replace your Adaman Bangle but the main issue with how you acquire it.
You’ll need to 100% the DMW, this means obtain all of the Summons and seeing all memories for each of the Limits. You won’t get the final DMW Image until Chapter 8 which is Phoenix (and is missable), but you’ll still need to see the majority of the story to be able to get every character’s memories. As such, you’re best served waiting until near the end of the game (Chapter 10) to go for this.
The best way to do this, unfortunately, is by following the same tactic for Leveling Materia easily.
Where to Get the Divine Slayer and Heike Soul¶
Both of these incredible Accessories need mentioning, due to them breaking the HP Limit among many other powerful buffs, but by the time you get them, their purpose is useless unless you want to trounce everything on a New Game+.
The Divine Slayer, then, comes from defeating Minerva in M9-6-6. Minerva is the game’s superboss and possibly one of the last things you’ll do in Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII: Reunion. You’ll also need to have near max stats to take her on in the first place. Still, the Divine Slayer offers HP, MP and AP +100%, ATK, VIT, MAG, SPR and LCK +50. It also breaks all attack, HP, MP, and AP limits while granting the Libra effect. Needless to say, it’s very powerful indeed.
Heike Soul, however, one-ups that even further with even more boons piled on top. Once again though, it’s useless by the time you obtain it as you’ll need to complete 100% of the Missions in Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII: Reunion. Yes, that includes defeating Minerva herself in M9-6-6.
There is no comparison as an Accessory though, as the Heike Soul grants the effects of the following items/Materia: “Adaman Bangle”, “Brutal” , “Black Cowl”, “Gold Hairpin”, “Wizard Bracelet”, “Doc’s Code”, “Brigand’s Gloves”, “Mog’s Amulet”, “Jeweled Ring”, “Precious Watch”, “Libra”, “Smart Consumer”, “SP Master”, “Dualcast”, and the “Cursed Ring”. Overkill, we know!
