Rally Resistance Use the “Rally” command to grant all allies within a 2-tile radius Resistance+4 for one turn
Inspiration Allies within a 2-tile radius deal +2 points of damage and take -2 points less of damage

Everything about the Strategist centers around supporting and healing its allies, from its skillset to its abilities. Rally Resistance can be stacked with Rally Defense if a unit can reclass into Wyvern Lord to buff both spectrums of defense, and Inspiration is a great way to passively affect units from afar, and can stack with skills like the “-faire” skills, Quick Draw, and Trample to quickly rack up free damage.

The Strategist might be underwhelming compared to many other classes, what with its lack of flashy skills and poor defensive growth rates, but the ability to heal with staves, and fight back through tomes, makes it a precious class to have on your army. Absolutely always keep a few healers around.
