There are Knights running around everywhere . If you have an Armorslayer , equip it to your strongest character. Bring some magic users to pierce through a Knight’s bad Resistance. By using Azura’s Singing, you can get your designated Knight-killers to destroy two Knights per turn. Nice!

Bring along a bow user as well (i.e. Niles) to easily take care of the Wyvern Riders flying around. They are just as weak to bows as Sky Knights. Make sure you take careful note of the weapons the enemies have. A few are running around with Beast Killer lances, and that can easily decimate any of your mounted units, like Silas and Peri, and even Camilla and Beruka.

There are a few Wyvern Riders at the south of the map paired up with Knights. The Wyvern Riders will use their large movement range to fly the Knights on over to where you are. Then, when they arrive, they’ll switch places, thereby essentially dumping Knights right next to your potentially vulnerable characters. So keep an eye on them.

And one last note: Takumi is now a Sniper . He’s also not very far away from where you and your allies spawn, so keep all flying units away from him! Orochi is present on this map again and she has upgraded to an Omnyoji so any unit with very weak Resistance should stay away. She also holds the dangerous Calamity Gate weapon, so mind your weapon triangle!

Once the third turn has arrived, Charlotte the fighter and Benny the knight will join your forces, to help support you. Charlotte has better luck than Arthur (finally!) but poorer defenses. Benny, like Effie, is invaluable with his sky-high Defense to protect against Wyvern Riders and Takumi.

You can use the Freeze tome if you still have it to freeze Takumi in place if you’re worried about him ruining your day.

There are also houses scattered around where you’re fighting. Visit them all so that you can grab rewards (5000G, Arms Scroll, Master Seal, and Blessed Lance), and save the residents inside from an Outlaw that will appear on Turn 5 to raid the villages. There’s no rush after you take out the Outlaw, though, who takes about four turns to reach his first target.

Near Scarlet , a Wyvern Lord, is Reina , a Kinshi Knight . That is a class exclusive to Hoshidans (and thus Birthright ), and allows a character to use both Lances and Bows. Reina thus is fairly versatile, and she packs a huge punch. Encourage her to use her Lance weapon if you can, then pick her off with a Bow. Or, pick her off in melee range and make sure that your bow user can one-shot Reina.

Scarlet, like Reina, is weak to bows (so many bow-weak enemies!). Once you’ve engaged her, she’ll summon reinforcements, so be wary of that. After Scarlet is down, clean up the rest of the battlefield to complete your objective. There is no turn limit so take your time.
