Lords of the Fallen is certainly more in the character RPG side of the Souls-like sub genre of games. There’s plenty of side quests to go through, each affecting character, and other surrounding main story arcs, or even unlocking secret abilities for some weapons too. As you can see, going through these storylines are certainly worth it. Here’s a list of all the NPC Quests in Lords of the Fallen, with hints and tips on how to start and work through each one.

All NPC Side Quests in LOTF

NPC Objective Locations
Andreas of Ebb Find his book Upper Calrath City, near a tower at the end that leads back to Skyrest Bridge.
Byron Find the necklace Byron appears at various vestiges as you play through the main game. When you reach the Hoist in Sunless Skein, you need to get an amulet, which is found on a potential trader called Winterberry in Revelations Depths.
Damarose Support Adyr Damarose is a character you can learn more about if you do not cleanse the beacon. The story changes depending on your actions. This is vague for various story implication reasons.
Drustan Find his brother, Melchior. Drustan appears in three locations in the main story, featured in Fitzroy Gorge Cave, Calrath Slums vestige in the tavern#s balcony, and in the Fief at the end of the ice cave by a small cottage with a campfire. From there, you get more but its near the end of the game, and its hard to miss the remaining objectives
Exacter Dunmire Collect tainted relics Dunmire require you to collect various tainted relics from corrupted Orious followers in various areas of Pilgrim’s Belled Rise, Calrath, and the Hallowed Brother and Sister locations.
Gerlinde & Sparky Blacksmithing upgrades Collect three runes, each upgrading the Blacksmith’s capabilities. You find them in Fitzroy’s Gorge cave, Mining District of Calrath, and in the Tower of Penance.
Iron Wayfarer A Mystery Find Iron Wayfarer in the Tutorial Village, alongside various locations on the road to Calrath and inside Calrath City.
Kukajin Defeat the beacon bosses Rescue Kukajin from being Petrified using the Sanctify spell. From there, she returns to the Skyrest Bridge, and you can speak to her and hire her for all bosses. She does cost though every time you use her and successfully beat the boss. Make sure to pay your dues.
Paladin Issac Avenge Isaac Find memories around Lower Calrath City Entrance, The Fief x2, and another in the Path of Devotion. You then use him later the Lightreaper fight.
Stomund Assemble a banner Go to Abbey of Hallowed Sisters, and give him two items to forge a banner, found in Abbey and the Manse.
Thehk-ihir Traveling merchant Find the merchant at all the vestiges he spawns at and speak to him.
Tortured Prisoner Uncover why she is a prisoner. Uncover items relating to the Tortured Prisoners identity in Calrath City’s various areas.

There are certainly a lot of NPC quests in Lords of the Fallen you can grab. We have more in-depth walkthroughs for each one, consider the lengths it takes to complete them. We also don’t want to give too many spoilers, since there’s a few storylines that can switch directs, depending on the type of ending you re going for.
