How To Start and Complete Off the Rails In GTA Online¶
In order to start the Off the Rails Mission which is the sixth and final mission in the First Dose portion of the Los Santos Drug Wars DLC you’ll need to complete: First Dose 1 - Welcome to the Troupe, First Dose 2 - Designated Driver, First Dose 3 - Fatal Incursion, First Dose 4 - Uncontrolled Substance and First Dose 5 - Make War Not Love. Once you’ve completed them, drive over to the Abandoned Warehouse (The Freakshop) and you’ll see a yellow circle. Enter it and press up on the D-Pad to begin!
How to Reach The Keypad Undetected¶
Once you regain control of your character, take your vehicle or any nearby vehicle and follow the way point over to Humane Labs. Here you’ll want to equip your Silenced Pistol and aim for a headshot at the guard at the gate to take him down, then enter the area and proceed into the car park.

Use your Pistol to pick off the guy guarding the stairs before going up, then look to the left and you’ll see another guard looking the opposite direction. Deal with him the same you did the others, then head straight for the marked door on your mini-map.
Where To Find The Chemicals in Off the Rails¶
Inside you’ll see the Loading Bay up ahead, so shoot the camera in the corner, then go into the room and pick off the guy on the left before shooting the two guys in the center. Finally, shoot the final person in the back left corner, then take a picture of the blackboard in the back left corner and send it to Dax.
Open the Wooden Boxes until you gather all five Chemicals, then shoot the panel in the center of the shutters to open it. Return to your vehicle and race to the marked Switching Station before the “Train Distance” Bar runs out. After the train has crashed, walk over to the Bag Icon to pickup a Cutting Saw.
Drive over to the crash site and destroy the Helicopters with a Homing Rocket Launcher, then clear out the nearby enemies before climbing up onto the train and interact with the containers until you find all the Chemicals. However, as you work through the containers you’ll have more helicopters approach you, so focus on them before continuing. Finally, steal the MTL Brickade 6x6 and drive back to The Freakshop to complete the mission.
