Acquire Thermal Charges capable of burning through Fleeca Bank Vault Doors.
Go to the Grand Senora Desert / Steal The Thermal Charges¶
Once you’ve activated the mission via the Job Board, take any car and head over to the Grand Senora Desert and you’ll find a large amount of police surrounding some street kids.

Head to this location on the map (left), then take out the enemies near the duffel before collecting it. (right)
Approach the building from the back and kill a few enemies near the bag containing the charges, then collect it and run back to your car. You’ll now need to escape the Police which is easily done by racing over the mountains, as they won’t follow that way. Finally, return to your Auto Shop to bring this mission to a close.
