You meet your client at the Golf Course.

How To Start The On Course Mission in GTA Online¶

Once you’ve purchased an Agency and completed at least two Security Contracts, you’ll get a call from Franklin asking you to meet him at the Golf Course to talk about the details of a VIP Contract he’s setting up. Upon arriving at the clubhouse you’ll meet Dr. Pooh, and Dr. Dre, but the meeting is cut short after two Golfers show up and causes problems for Dre.

Ram and Tail The Golf Carts¶

After the scene has come to a close you’ll want to jump into the nearby Golf Cart and chase down the two golfers who are attempting to flee. Here you’ll notice an intimidation bar for both of the guys at the bottom right of the screen, so you’ll want to continue to ram them until they are both filled.

Once you’ve successfully intimidated both Golfers, stay back and follow one of them to the Del Perro Pier. Here you’ll find one of the Golfers sitting on the floor, so repeatedly hit him by pressing R2/RT and eventually hill give up and resign from the club, making Dre a happy client and bringing the first mission to a close!
