This page is a deep dive on everything you can expect for the Los Santos Tuners DLC which will be released on Tuesday July 20th.

Overview of a Los Santos Car Meet.

What is the LS Car Meet

The Los Santos Tuners DLC will come along with a new activity called, LS Car Meet. This will allow players to meet up in a graffitied warehouse to show off their pimped out vehicles without the fret of being killed and having their car destroyed.

Where is Los Santos Tuners

The Los Santos Tuners Car Meet takes place in a Warehouse located at Cypress Flats.

LS Car Meet Membership

You’ll also be able to purchase a LS Car Meet Membership for $50,000 to unlock more features within the Car Meets. The biggest benefit is that you’ll gain access to the Test Track which is a large underground area where you can race or drift with your friends or other players. That’s not all, you’ll also be able to test out the constantly changing selection of vehicles before purchasing them.

Prize Ride

Whilst being a proud owner of the LS Car Membership you’ll be able to take part in a Prize Ride Challenge which will give you the opportunity to win Rides. The Ride you can win will change often like the Lucky Wheel at the Casino.

Special Shops

You’ll also gain access to a variety of Special Shops, such as a Merch Shop, Tattoo Shop and a Modding Area. The Modding Area allows you to upgrade and customize your new vehicle whilst other players can watch and admire your work. Higher Level Players in the GTA Online Community will have the option to create a Private Takeover. This will allow you to change the Banner and Lights of the Car Meet Venue to fit your tastes.

Reputation

Participating in Car Meets and Racing on the Test Track will allow you to Reputation. The higher you rep means more rewards, such as additional Car Customization Options, Discounts on new vehicles, and new races.

Races

The Los Santos Tuners DLC will also come packed with Head-to-Head, Scramble, Time Trials, Street Series, Pursuit Series, and Sprint Races. to put your new vehicles to the test in. These Races will be set on a Test Track which can hold up to 30 Players.

If you are worried about being killed or having your vehicle destroyed, don’t be, as contact with other players is disabled whilst in this area. Finally, Players that are a LS Car Meet Membership Holder can opt to go to the Test Track on their own.

Head-to-Head

Head-to-Head will allow you to challenge your friends and random players to a one on one race.

Scramble

Scramble is a mode that consists of four players that’ll race to reach 20 Checkpoints to win.

Time Trials

Time Trials is a mode that’ll allow you to put your cars to the limit by trying to set a high score.

Sprint

Sprint is a mode that features point to point races throughout Los Santos.

Street Race Series

Street Races is a playlist filled with new racing tracks that take place on the streets of Los Santos.

The Pursuit Series

The Pursuit Series features races which have checkpoints placed throughout the city to give you more freedom on the route you take. However, you’ll have the Police on your back whilst trying to beat other players.
