If you thought the last challenge was easy, well, it’s about to get a lot harder. This challenge can be a veritable nightmare to get right and may take you a few tries unless you get lucky. Even with perfect setup, it can still go wrong.
There are two ways you can approach this: pulling the chute early and circling above the truck until you have reached the correct height to land or pulling it at the last second as you near the ground and entering precision mode to slow your course.
For the first method, jump out of the helicopter and immediately pull the cord. See the yellow spot on the runway? That’s the truck. It will be heading in the same direction as you thankfully. Now spiral above it as you descend using the tight turn controls. It doesn’t really matter which way you circle though circling to the left is easier because you can line up faster.
When you’re close to the ground, line up with the truck and enter precision landing mode to land in the circle. If you are going too slow, exit precision mode or lift your feet up by pulling back on the stick. You need to match the truck’s speed to land on the circle.
The second option is to freefall until you’re a couple of hundred feet up (so very near to the ground). Make sure you’ve lined up with the truck before you open the chute and as soon as the chute is open, enter precision mode to make sure you are at the correct speed for the landing. Execute normal landing procedures from here to complete the task.
