Analysis:

A disappointing but vital Materia that you’ll want set for a few battles throughout the game. For one ATB charge you’ll attempt to Steal for your target, your chances are improved based on your Luck value so be sure to set any Luck Ups if you want to Steal often. For the most part, there’s not many unique items but there is one particular instance, the Chapter 11 boss, where you can obtain the Bladed Staff for Aerith, this cannot be obtained anywhere else. Outside of this, you can steal a few useful accessories from certain enemies but for the most part, this isn’t as needed as much as you’d want.
