Like the Gil Up Materia, this is another that sounds great but comes far too late to be of any real use. Once set, the entire battle party will gain increased EXP but seeing as you obtain this at Chapter 16 and Chapter Select adds an EXP boost to all battles you’ll hit the max Level before you know it even without this.
