Final Fantasy X HD Remaster

Shiva

By
Jarrod Garripoli

Shiva is the fourth Aeon you will come across in the main story, although you get her without having to do the Cloister of Trials in Macalania. In fact, you will have access to Shiva in the battle with Seymour, although she is named ???? in that fight. As an ice-elemental Aeon, Shiva can heal herself with both Blizzard and Blizzara. Her special attack is called Heavenly Strike, which has a chance to inflict the Threaten status, and her Overdrive is Diamond Dust, dealing ice damage to all enemies.

Shiva has high Agility and Evasion, making her a great Aeon to summon if facing a physically striking foe. Once you obtain Lulu’s Celestial Weapon, the Onion Knight, and upgrade it with the Venus Crest, then Shiva will be able to break the damage limit of 9,999. Since Shiva is an elemental Aeon, you should teach her Blizzaga, so she will be able to heal herself for even more. She doesn’t need Curaga because of the above, but if you wish to add more abilities, the staples of Haste, Protect and Shell will work wonders.

Shiva’s Default Abilities
