Yoko in Danger¶
After slaying Aimee, you’ll be taken back to Eisen Bridge. From here, you can return to the world map and pass through the open gate to the east. Or you can speak to the man standing where Yoko was to enter the aqueduct or (preferably) cross the bridge to the other side.
No matter which path you take, travel in a north-easterly direction through the wastelands of Eisenberg and between the gap in the mountains. When you see a stone fortress along the mountains towards the north-east, head away from it and follow the trails north-west instead.
As you start to escape from the mountains along the north, turn north-east into the greenlands and continue onwards through the path of trees. At the far end, sitting by the edge of the sea, is a town exhubing eastern influence–Yunohana.
Land of Hot Springs¶
Upon arrival, turn right just before the wooden bridge ahead and squeeze past the pile of goods. Check the back of the first pile for some fresh Leviathan Sashimi . Next, cross the bridge and run to the ornament to the right of the Adventurer for a Hi-Potion .
While you’re here, don’t forget to check out at the shops above the inn. Be sure to grab Physical and Mystical Ward for your Astrologian and Esunaga if you have a White Mage. Equipment-wise, there’s nothing spectacular, but you may want new rods and magic-boosting gear for your mages.
If you’ve got somebody in the Hawkeye job and didn’t steal from Aimee, you should splash out on the Tane-ga-Shima. Once you’ve done everything useful in town, proceed east across the next wooden bridge and enter the fabled bathhouse of Yunohana.
Within are more free items for the taking. First, run up towards the hanging scroll just ahead to find 77 pg. Lucky! Next, step out onto the tranquil garden in the south-east corner; go up against the wall and head left behind the tree leaves for some hidden Catnip .
Finally, go up the stairs and make your way right, to the assorted pile below the next flight of stairs; search around to find an amazing Turbo Ether . Once you’re done–and before Yoko collapses–speak to the lady behind the counter, at the end of the first flight of stairs.
Hot Spring Time¶
With Yew or Tiz at the front of your party, enter the hot springs on your left. Cue your obligatory RPG hot spring scene with an amusing twist. After that, Yew will head off alone to cool off. But he’s not alone for long as Yoko wanders in to ask him about a serious matter.
The next day, there’s bad news: Yoko has gone missing. The only clue of her whereabouts is the conversation that she had with Yew last night. Putting two and two together, there’s only one place she could be–the Geyser Grotto where the Sword of the Brave is said to lie.
