At the start of chapter 13 in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you can purchase the Treasure Map from the Merchant for 5 Spinels who can be found sitting inside the cave to the right of the Wharf. This will display all the treasure locations on the map for the entire Island section including Chapter 13 as well as give you a small progression counter in the bottom right corner of the map. Although this will show you their general location, it won’t show you how to get them. Read below how to get all nine treasures in Chapter 13.
Treasure 1 - Pearl Bangle¶

Once you begin Chapter 13, follow the path along until you reach the Wharf, then enter the first building and head left to find the Chest containing a Pearl Bangles sitting beside the turret.
Treasure 2 - Golden Lynx¶

Clear out the Wharf area and head through the large doors, then follow the cave around and climb up the ladder. Here you’ll want to enter the building on the right and look for an explosive barrel in the corner. Shoot it to reveal a room that contains a chest that posses the Golden Lynx.
Treasure 3 - Elegant Crown¶

Head through the next gate and follow the path along until you reach some stairs, then take a right to reach an open area. Here you’ll want to clear out the enemies, then you’ll find a chest containing the Elegant Crown sitting against the wall on the right.
Treasure 4 - Velvet Blue¶

Head up the stairs and enter the Surveillance Room, then you’ll find a briefcase which contains a Velvet Blue as soon as you enter.
Treasure 5 - Velvet Blue¶

Continue progressing through the chapter until you reach the Utilities Room, then when you go through the silver door immediately take a left to find a briefcase that’s holding another Velvet Blue.
Treasure 6 - Red Beryl¶

Head to the Dissection Area and reroute the power following the instrctions via this page: Freezer Power Puzzle Solution in Resident Evil 4 Remake, then go back into the room and go through door in the northwest corner to find Red Beryl sitting in the cabinet.
Treasure 7 - Gold Ingot¶

Unlock the door in the Dissection Room and collect the Level 1 Keycard, then when you exit enter the room the Regenerador to find the Gold Ingot sitting behind the glass.
Treasure 8 - LE 5 SMG¶

Reroute the power again and use the Level 1 Keycard to enter the Freezer Room, then complete the puzzle in the corner to obtain the LE 5 SMG.
Treasure 9 - Biosensor Scope¶

Collect the Level 2 Keycard from the Freezer Room, then continue through the area until you reach the Incubation Lab. Enter the small room to the north and you’ll find a briefcase containing the Biosensor Scope sitting on a box.
