At the start of chapter 13 in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you can purchase the Treasure Map from the Merchant for 5 Spinels who can be found sitting inside the cave to the right of the Wharf. This will display all the treasure locations on the map for the entire Island section including Chapter 15 as well as give you a small progression counter in the bottom right corner of the map. Although this will show you their general location, it won’t show you how to get them. Read below how to get all four treasures in Chapter 15.
Treasure 1 - Red Beryl¶

Head to this location on the map (left), to find the treasure hanging from the corner of the building. (right)
Once you begin Chapter 15, follow the path around until you reach the first barricade, then go around to the back of the building on the left to find a container hanging from the roof in the corner.
Treasure 2 - Velvet Blue¶

Continue progressing through the area until you reach the Stronghold, then climb up the ladder and look up to find a container hanging from the beam.
Treasure 3 - Staff of Royalty¶

Continue progressing through the chapter until you reach the Cliffside Ruins, then climb down the ladder to find a chest that contains the Staff of Royalty sitting against the back wall.
Treasure 4 - Splendid Bangle¶

Head to this location on the map (left), to find the chest in the small room in the north. (right)
Go through the next to do reach the Specimen Storage area, then enter the small room to the north to find a chest that contains the Splendid Bangle sitting on the table.
