At the start of Chapter 2 in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you can purchase the Treasure Map from the Merchant for 3 Spinels who can be found to the right when you exit the Abandoned Factory. This will display all the treasure locations on the map for the entire village section including Chapter 6 as well as give you a small progression counter in the bottom right corner of the map. Although this will show you their general location, it won’t show you how to get them. Read below how to get all four treasures in Chapter 6.
Treasure: 1 - Yellow Diamond¶

Once you begin Chapter 6, follow the narrow path around until you reach the Merchant, then take a right and open the gate. Here you’ll see one villager walking back and forth, so hide behind the wooden wall and wait for him to look away before going in for a backstab. Now head up the stairs on the left to find a red chest which contains the Yellow Diamond at the end of the path.
Treasure: 2 - Chalice of Atonement¶

In order to get the next treasure you’ll need to go through the second gate, but between you and there are multiple villagers, so remain crouched and try to pick them off one by one with a long ranged weapons, such as the rifle. After you’ve successfully gone through the gate, continue down the narrow path and enter the first building on the left to find a red chest containing the Chalice of Atonement sitting on a desk.
Treasure: 3 - Elegant Headdress¶

Continue progressing through the area until you reach the “Checkpoint” Area, then head up the stairs in the center of the area. From here, cross the wooden bridge and you’ll find a Wayshrine on the opposite side of the building. Use the Old Wayshrine Key to retrieve the Elegant Headdress. Treasure: 4 - Emerald¶

You’ll now want to enter the building and attempt to collect the wrench, then you’ll have survive an onslaught of enemies as well as having to deal with the Chainsaw Sisters. After you’ve collected the wrench open the gate and follow the narrow path around, then you’ll have to escape Méndez which can be done by just sprinting in the opposite direction. Once you’re free (for now), continue following the path around and you’ll have to defeat Bitores Méndez which you do by following the strategy here: How to Defeat Bitores Méndez in Chapter 6 - RE4 Remake. Following the fight, head towards the bridge and look up at the tree to find a container hanging from the branch. Shoot it and collect the Emerald
