Description¶
Once you’ve had your three new villagers move in, Nook will announce that tomorrow the construction of a new Resident Services building will commence!
Resident Services¶
You should look into buying anything you needed from the Nookstop today, as tomorrow it will be shut for renovations. Here are some things you should consider spending your Nook miles on today:
-
Nook Miles Tickets - Make sure you stock up on a couple Nook Miles tickets before the Resident Services shut. You won’t want to miss out on going island hopping for the next couple of days. They cost 2,000 Nook miles each.
-
Pretty Good Tools Recipes - This allows you to craft better and more durable tools made out of iron. It costs 3,000 Nook miles. You will want the iron axe to chop down trees permanently. This is great for creating tree stumps which attract new species of bugs!
-
Tool Ring - The tool ring allows you to open up a ring of all of your favourited tools. It costs 800 Nook miles. Once you have bought it, use the up button on the D-pad to access it. You can register items by pressing A on an item and then choosing to favourite them.
If you haven’t done so already, use the workbench in Resident Services to craft yourself a simple DIY bench. You’ll need one of your own to craft things whilst Resident Services are shut.
What to do today?¶
There isn’t much else in the way of story progression to do today, so maybe take the time to do some more decorating on your island! You can take the next couple days to decorate, collect new specimens and earn bells to pay off your debts! Remember to also keep an eye out for new special visitors too.
