How to Start the Clifftop Hulk Standard Quest¶

The Clifftop Hulk standard quest is activated as you approach the Clifftop Hulk, which can be found in the Urayan Trail region. More specifically it can be found between Mountain Front: Agnus and Pelza’s Pass landmark. As you approach, you’ll be tasked with clearing out the enemies surrounding the Ferronis Hulk so you can reboot it.

How to Complete the Clifftop Hulk¶

There are 12 Lv 48 Tirkin Enemies to defeat in order to reclaim the Ferronis Hulk. The first 9 are in clusters of 3, then 1 can be found right in front of the hulk and 2 can be found behind the hulk. The way you’ll want to approach this is making sure to only take on one cluster of tirkins at a time by keeping the combat contained and not running into other groups of tirkins.

Whilst fighting the tirkin groups, you’ll find there are 2 damage dealers and one Tirkin Shielder, who’s super tanky, in each of the 3 clusters. You’ll want to focus yours and your party’s attacks on taking out the damage dealers first - they’re weaker and can be whittled down quickly. After they’ve been defeated, then you can focus your attention on the Tirkin Shielder.

The Tirkin Shielders are very tanky - save fighting them until you’ve fought the damage dealers.

The Tirkin closest to the hulk is a Pikelord Tirkin. On his own he’s pretty easy to fight so make sure to keep him away from the clusters and fight him afterwards to give yourself a more manageable fight.

Behind the Ferronis Hulk, you’ll find two Bard Tirkin. They’re relatively weak and easy to kill but they have a loud horn attack that’ll knock you down if you’re caught in the blast - make sure to fight them away from the cliff just in case!

Once you’ve fought all 12 Tirkin enemies, you’ll need to head up to the top of the Ferronis Hulk and use 25 Ether to reboot it. Once that’s done you’ll earn the following rewards for completing the standard quest:

Don’t forget to utilise the Fabricator and loot the containers!
