The Modern Warfare 2 campaign has lots of trophies you can get for doing certain missions in certain ways. However, there is one trophy you can grab that you can do on any level: Daredevil. All Daredevil requires you to do is flash yourself, and then take out two enemies while you are flashed. There are plenty of levels you can do this on, but we believe the best way to get the MW2 Daredevil trophy is on Countdown.

How to get the MW2 Daredevil Trophy¶

The best place, in our opinion, to get the Daredevil Trophy in MW2 is on Countdown. It is the campaign’s final mission. The area you need to head to do it is not too far into the start of the mission either. Go through the level, picking off the enemies on the repel, then breach inside the skyscraper. Follow Price until you arrive at the building’s server room. Here you can take out the few very armored guards and the few unarmored guards in a very close knit CQB room.

Once the server room is clear, there will be a door that leads into another section of the building’s server room. When you get close to it, two enemy NPCs will spawn and smoke the door. One has a riot shield, and another a primary weapon behind it. We recommend flashing the door and yourself, then throwing a frag grenade towards the door. You can then hide behind the server stack and take cover from the explosive while the two guards blow up.

Other areas you get the Daredevil Trophy¶

If the Countdown mission is not for you, there are some other decent areas for you to get it.

• Ghost Time: Play as Gaz and flash enemies in the stacked cargo area while you’re sneaking around. There are plenty of guards nearby you can lure into a thin alleyway, which you can then flash yourself and them, and then spray them down.
• Recon by Fire - While playing as Gaz, you can enter one of the rooms you need to breach and get intel in the first compound. Simply throw a flash grenade into one of the smaller rooms, blind yourself and then spray down enemies.
• Cartel Protection: At the very start of the mission, you and the team will breach a compound through a gate. The first corner has a few enemies. You can flash it and yourself and keep your aim on the corner as two enemies can line up, while one leaves the door next to it. It should be an easy spray transfer kill.
