This is a walkthrough for Route 216, including what Pokémon you can encounter and items you can find.
Route 216. (left), You’ll need to go through the north part of Mt. Coronet via Route 211. (right)
Route 216 is one of two routes between Mt. Coronet and Snowpoint City. As you might expect from looking at the Sinnoh map, Route 216 is covered in snow, which slightly slows your movement and prevents you from using your bike.
The route itself is quite straightforward: a horizontal path, with three wooden bridges overhead, connecting numerous ledges. Towards the west, there’s a rocky wall you can ascend with HM Rock Climb (after acquiring the Icicle Badge).
Snowbound Lodge¶
(1 of 2) Snowbound Lodge.
Snowbound Lodge. (left), You may need to rest after going through Mt. Coronet and Route 216. (right)
Towards the west end of the route, near the transition to Route 217, there’s a cabin where you can rest your Pokémon by sleeping in the bed. It’s still a long way to the next city, so don’t neglect to rest if needed!
