During Subquests, you will sometimes have to fight a boss while doing the quest. This page will pertain to the fight against Anahita.
Where to find Anahita¶
Anahita is a part of the subquest, The Demon of the Spring. Far to the north of the Tokyo Tower Leyline, you’ll find the Kamiyacho Leyline. From there, you want to take the eastern path and follow it around until you find the Onarimon Leyline. When you get to the Onarimon Leyline, exit the area to the south, and follow it around until you reach an open area. From there, turn to your right, and go up the sand ramp until you reach the top. If you turn to the south, you’ll notice a rocky platform which leads south. When you get to the end, jump off to the southern path, and follow it all the way south until you reach the water. Here, you’ll see Anahita, who will ask you to battle her before doing what’s asked of her.

Recommended Party¶
Anahita is definitely one of the more challenging encounters thus far in the game, as you will see some powerful skills coming from her. For example, you probably can’t counter the Matarunda at this point in the game, so it’s better to not worry about it at all. However, you can do something like use Sukunda, Rakunda and Tarunda to debuff Anahita. Oddly enough, Neko Shogun has all three, so it’s a good idea to probably fuse him into a higher level demon to pass on the skills. Now, you could probably forget about Tarunda, as Apsaras has it, so that’s one less thing to worry about and Tarunda is one of the more important ones.
You have to contend with Ice and Light skills in this battle, so you don’t want to have anyone weak to those elements. None of the ones mentioned under Recommended Party will be weak to those elements, so that’s a good thing, and Apsaras actually is resistant to Ice. Mokoi and Zhen will have access to Zio, once you level them up once or twice, which will help a lot in gaining extra turns during your round. If you have the Divine Amalgamation Miracle, then you could probably default to the Nahobino’s normal resistances, since that would give him resistance to Light.
Anahita has a single target Ice spell (Bufu) and a party-wide Light spell (Mahama), which means that Mahama has the potential to deal a lot more damage to the party. You shouldn’t need to worry about Hellish Spurt, as Anahita only uses it as her Magatsuhi skill, so you can negate it by using an Ice Dampener. Leanan Sidhe is the lowest level demon to have access to Media, but she is weak to Light and would be a potential burden. If you can build up Angel, though, then he could be a potential replacement, as his Humble Blessing is like a Media and he is immune to Light. You would just need to give him a Fire or Electric skill if you want him to participate in the offense.
