The Path to Myojin Forest is a Subquest in Shin Megami Tensei V. Most Subquests will reward you with a large amount of experience, some Macca, and then you’ll receive an item of sorts. Most of the time, it’ll be a Talisman which allows you to have access to the different Magatsuhi skills in the game.

Bring Hua Po to the Myojin Forest.
Where to start The Path to Myojin Forest¶
In order to begin this quest, you will have to find Hua Po, who is located in the Ginza area of Chiyoda. From that Leyline, progress past the two sets of Lamia enemies, then when you see the Narcissus demons, Hua Po will be right beyond them. Note that this is all on the higher ground, as you might find some similar enemies in the lower area. The game will automatically trigger her to speak with you once you get close enough, although you don’t need to accept the quest right then and there. You will need to speak to her to accept the quest, if you declined the first time. Hua Po wants you to take her to Myojin Forest, in the backwood area of Akihabara. She will join you as a Navigator demon until you finish her quest.
Where to bring Hua Po for The Path to Myojin Forest¶
Despite getting this quest fairly early in Chiyoda, you will not be able to finish it until you have progressed a fair ways into the region. Myojin Forest is located in the backwood area of Akihabara, or to put it more precisely, right before the Kanda-no-Yashiro Leyline. To put it in story terms, you will be looking for a way to get past a giant wall of fire and will be right on the doorstops to the NPCs that will give you something to accomplish that objective. The gist of it is that you will automatically come across the Myojin Forest, without going out of your way.
Recommended Party¶
There is no real recommended party for this quest, as you don’t technically fight anything during it. However, considering you will need to progress through a good chunk of the Chiyoda region in order to reach the destination, that is why the recommended level for it is 46+.
