Tips¶
Looking at the names of some of the Challenges, don’t be shocked that you’ll be heading to Port Puerto for your Apprentice Challenges.
Some materials such as Pine Logs can still be purchased from the usual merchants in Castele, but others such as Palm Logs require a visit to their Port Puerto counterparts.
If you don’t want to cut down trees, Elder Palm Logs can be bought from the merchant in the north-east corner of Tortuga Archipelgo.
For Durable Shells , try the Port Puerto Shady Shop after redeeming the Port Shopping+ Bliss Bonus or grab them from the beach.
Rubies are fairly rare at this stage; you can mine them from Mt. Snowpeak’s Lava Cave or buy them from the mole inside the Royal Cabin Well on Mt. Snowpeak Summit or Al Maajik’s ore stall.
Wonderful Buttons are rather elusive, only sold by the talking parrot in Madam Purl’s House, near the centre of Port Puerto Palace Way.
Finally, Moon Clusters are dropped by Turtanic in Tortuga Archipelago, Hootwinks in the Elderwood and Glaciowls on Mt. Snowpeak Summit.
Once you’ve got enough materials, the actual crafting is fairly by the numbers. It might be handy to have a notepad or our guide open so you can easily check your Challenges in the middle of crafting and tick off the ones you’ve done.
