Tips¶
There’s not a lot new here; it’s possible you may have completed some of these Challenges as a Master (if so, don’t worry because they still count).
Only the Umbral and Light equipment are new; for Shadow Mana and Light Mana , you can defeat Calamitus in the Ancient Ruins and the Lightning Wraith in Central Levitania–bosses for a Master/Hero Magician.
Or if you have the DLC, you can wait until after completing the Origin Island story, then buy them from the salesplush in the Starlight Garden. Depending on your progress, it may take a while, but it’s far easier than defeating the aforementioned bosses 10 times.
Why 10 times? Because you need to make 10 Hero clothes for the “Terrific Tailor” Challenge and only the Umbral and Light equipment apply.
Demonic Powder you might remember from earlier, sold by the Al Maajik Shady Shop. For Spiritual Powder , you’ll need to exorcise a Big Spook roaming the bottom corners of the Ancient Ruins.
Lastly, Diamonds can be purchased from the Plushling Camp on Levitania with the Shopping on the Go Bliss Bonus, rarely mined from the rainbow ore deposits or gotten as a rare drop from the Pandamoniums in East Levitania.
Truthfully, the only difficult part is getting your Sewing skill to level 15. If you have the DLC, you can redeem a Tailor’s Pride from the Exchange Clerk in Pam’s house after completing the Origin Island story, which doubles your skill growth as a Tailor.
Either way, the easiest way is simply to keep churning out Umbral and Light equipment, as they award the most skill experience at this current point in time. We say “easy”, but it’s still a grind, so get ready to put aside some time…
