The Zelda series is no stranger to milk.

This fresh milk comes from Hateno cows and white goats kept in the village. It’s delicious on its own but can also be used as an ingredient in soups and stews.

Raw Effect:

• Recovery: 0.5 heart

Recipe Effect:

• Duration: +1 minute, 20 seconds (first), +30 seconds (thereafter)
• Recovery: +1 heart

Where to Find¶

Fresh Milk can be purchased from the General Store in Hateno Village. You can buy up to 3 bottles of milk, at 12 rupees apiece.

Besides that, there isn’t any consistent way to obtain more Fresh Milk. If you desperately need more milk, you can force the shop to restock.
