This carrot is cultivated extensively in Kakariko Village. It strengthens the legs and hips when cooked into a dish, which helps increase your movement speed.

  • Recovery: 0.5 heart

Recipe Effect:

  • Prefix: Hasty
  • Potency: Level 1 (+1 point)
  • Duration: +1 minute
  • Recovery: +1 heart

Swift Carrots are grown in Kakariko Village and sold in the west General Store at 16 Rupees a pop. You can purchase up to 12 carrots, before they run out of stock.

If you want some free carrots, head to Satori Mountain and make your way to the easternmost ledge. There are a cluster of five Swift Carrots near a hollowed out trunk. You can also find lots of Hyrule Herb nearby.
