Warm Safflina mainly grow in the Gerudo Desert–particularly in the northern half of the desert.

There is one notable location in the southern desert where a cluster of Warm Safflina can be found: the Great Fairy Fountain, accessible via the Hawa Koth Shrine. Other types of Safflina also grow here and you can pick up some Endura Carrots too.
