Boko Spear

Icon Base Attack Durability Buff
Breath_of_the_Wild_Boko_Spear_icon.png 2 12

The Boko Spear is wielded by standard Bokoblin enemies and will be an extremely common weapon during the early game. When you encounter Bokoblin camps on the Great Plateau and in Hyrule Field during the first few hours, you’ll probably pick one of these spears up.

Spiked Boko Spear

Icon Base Attack Durability Buff
Breath_of_the_Wild_Bokoblin_Spiked_boko_spear_icon.png 6 15

This is a stronger version of the Boko Spear, but you’ll still find it to be pretty common, especially if you raid a lot of Bokoblin camps. They’re wielded by Blue Bokoblins, which become more common as you level up, but in the early game they act as a sort of chief of bokoblin camps. Again, Bokoblin camps are common on Hyrule Field and Tabantha Frontier.

Dragonbone Boko Spear

Icon Base Attack Durability Buff
Breath_of_the_Wild_Dragonbone_Boko_Spear_icon.png 12 20

The Dragonbone Boko Spear is the strongest version of the Boko Spear and is wielded by high-levelled Bokoblins such as Black Bokoblins and Silver Bokoblins. Occasionally, you’ll also find stronger Moblin enemies wielding this weapon, but this is not as frequently found. Again, keeping an eye out for Bokoblin camps in central Hyrule and the Tabantha region will be your best bet in obtaining the Boko spear, since the camps scale with you. However, you can also get one from defeating the Blue Hinox in West Necluda, as he’s wearing one as a necklace and upon defeating him you’ll be able to loot it.

Moblin Spear

Icon Base Attack Durability Buff
Breath_of_the_Wild_Moblin_Spear_icon.png 4 15

The Moblin Spear is similar to the Boko Spear, but it’s a bit stronger and more durable. It is wielded by Moblin enemies found in the Faron Grasslands and Gerudo Highlands.

Spiked Moblin Spear

Icon Base Attack Durability Buff
BotW_Spiked_Moblin_Spear_Icon.png 9 20

The Spiked Moblin Spear is an upgraded version of the Moblin Spear, and is wielded by higher levelled Moblin enemies such as the Blue Moblin. These will become more common in the Faron Grasslands and Gerudo Highlands as you level up, but these weapons aren’t exactly strong so you don’t really need to be on the look out specifically for this weapon.

Dragonbone Moblin Spear

Icon Base Attack Durability Buff
BotW_Dragonbone_Moblin_Spear_Icon.png 15 25

The Dragonbone Moblin Spear is the strongest iteration of the Moblin Spear and is wielded by Black and Silver Moblins. These enemies are found more commonly in the later game, as enemy camps scale alongside you. Again, they aren’t very strong weapons and you can find a lot of better weapons in the late game that will be more useful to you.

Drillshaft

Icon Base Attack Durability Buff
BotW_Drillshaft_Icon.png 14 50 Great at mining!

The Drillshaft is another weapon that is perfect for mining since it one taps ore deposits and mining does not affect the durability as much. It works similarly to the cobble crusher and iron sledgehammer. You can loot a treasure chest found in Rok Uwog Shrine for a drillshaft, or you can find them around the Eldin region.

Lightscale Trident

Breath_of_the_Wild_Zora_Polearms_Ceremonial_Trident_icon.png 22 70 Champion Mipha’s Weapon

The Lightscale Trident was Champion Mipha’s weapon and is bestowed to you once you defeat Divine Beast Vah Ruta. It’s a pretty durable weapon but if you break it, you can have a new one crafted by the blacksmith in Zora’s Domain, in exchange for one Zora’s Spear, five Flint and one diamond.

Ceremonial Trident

Icon Base Attack Durability Buff
Breath_of_the_Wild_Zora_Polearms_Ceremonial_Trident_icon.png 14 40 reforgeable

The Ceremonial Trident is a weaker replica of the Lightscale Trident. It looks identical but is weaker both in attack damage and durability. It can be found by using magnesis to pull it out from the water beneath the northwest bridge in Zora’s Domain. If it breaks, it can be reforged with exactly the same items as the Lightscale Trident minus the Diamond (One Zora Spear and five Flint).

The Forked Lizal Spear is the strongest iteration of the Lizal Spear and is wielded by the stronger Lizalfos enemies such as the Black and Silver Lizalfos. These enemies become more common as you level up so just keep an eye out for Lizalfos camps to obtain one of these spears. There’s a camp northeast of Gerudo Highlands that will spawn a Forked Lizalfos Spear later in the game.

Lynel Spear

Icon Base Attack Durability Buff

Savage Lynel Spear

Icon Base Attack Durability Buff
BotW_Savage_Lynel_Spear_Icon.png 30 45

The Savage Lynel Spear is the strongest Lynel Spear, and is wielded by White-Maned Lynels and Silver Lynels. These types of Lynel enemies spawn more frequently later in the game as they scale alongside you. The White-Maned Lynel west and southeast of North Lomei Labyrinth both wield a Savage Lynel Spear!

The flameblade is a fire elemental weapon that is found most commonly in Hebra Mountains and Hyrule Field. You can also loot one from a chest found in Korsh O’hu Shrine.

These weapons are found all over Hyrule, especially near ruins where rusty weapons are found in abundance. They’re super fragile so they aren’t a great weapon. However, Rock Octoroks will suck up Rusty Halberds when they’re placed in front of them, spitting back out a new, shiny version!

There’s a 50% chance for a Traveler’s Spear, 35% chance for a Soldier’s Spear, a 10% chance for a Knight’s Halberd, and a 5% chance for a Royal Spear.
