You won’t find butter just magically lying around…
Butter made from the milk of a domesticated white goat. In addition to being used in dishes like stews and meunière, it’s often used when making cakes and other sweets.

Where to Find¶
Goat Butter can be purchased from the General Store in Kakariko Village and Rito Village. Each slab of butter costs 12 rupees and you can acquire up to 5 from each shop, for a total of 10.

Besides those two shops, there’s no other consistent way to obtain more butter. If you need more butter, we suggest waiting for the shops to restock.
