Cyno is a five-star Electro polearm user who likes to spend time on the field as a selfish DPS. Of course, part of making a character hit big numbers is learning about the materials they need and their abilities. Below we have a complete overview of Cyno and his ascension materials.
Cyno’s attacks are infused with Electro and he receives a boost to elemental mastery. Cyno is also harder to interrupt, and immune to Electro attacks, this state will last for twelve seconds.
Cyno now enters the Endseer stance when using his burst. If he uses his elemental skill in this stance then the attack’s damage will be increased by 35 percent and three Electro bolts will appear dealin 100 percent of Cyno’s attack.

Authority Over the Nine Bows
Cyno’s burst damage is increased by 150 percent of his elemental mastery when using a normal attack. In addition, the Electro Bolts mentioned in his first talent now deal 250 percent damage, based on his elemental mastery.
The speed of Cyno’s elemental burst is increased by 20 percent for ten seconds. This will refresh if Featherfall Judgment is triggered during the burst.

Ceremony: Homecoming of Spirits
Cyno gets a 10 percent electro damage bonus when landing a normal attack for four seconds. This can stack up to five times.

Sacred Rite: Wolf’s Swiftness can be leveled to 15.

Cyno’s party will regain 3 energy particles for each reaction he causes when using his burst.

Cyno now can earn the Day of the Jackal effect that will be used when he attacks with his normal attack. The fire off Electro bolts and each effect, will last for eight seconds and can stack up to eight times.
The equipping character gains 52% of their Elemental Mastery as bonus ATK. When an Elemental Skill hits opponents, the Dream of the Scarlet Sands effect will be gained for 10s: The equipping character will gain 28% of their Elemental Mastery as bonus ATK. Max 3 stacks.

If there are Electro users in the party Cyno will get a 14 percent attack increase per Electro user. If the party members have a different element, then Cyno will receive a 50 point increase to his elemental mastery per party member with a different elemental typing.

Triggering Overloaded, Electro-Charged, Superconduct, and Hyperbloom will increase Cyno’s attack by 40 percent while Aggravate receives a 20 percent bonus. Triggering an elemental reaction, including Quicken, will decrease Cyno’s skill CD by one.
