In order to access this set of challenges, you’ll need to reach complete Light Upon the Sea and all nine Lantern Rite Tale 2.

Mechanici Related Challenges¶
Like in both We’be Only Just Begun and Guests Flock From Afar Challenges, continue leveling Tidal Flats, Spark, Thin Ice, Gust, Thunderstrike, and Recovery Mechanicus Mechanici to Level 10, then continue replaying Theater Mechanicus until you have access to Difficulty 7: Multiplier 2.5
Once you’ve gained access to Difficulty 7 continue replaying it whilst placing Recovery Mechanicus’ in the chokepoints, then take on the Fearless Mystic Arts that come available to give your more Sigils. Your goal is to finish the game with 1,500 Veneficus Sigil, as this is the maximum you can bring back.
Stage Related Challenges¶
After you’ve levelled up your Mechanici, you’ll want to focus on the following stage stage related challenges:
- Clear a stage at difficulty 7 in Theater Mechanicus without building more than 8 types of Mechanici throughout the stage / Clear a stage at difficulty 7 in Theater Mechanicus without building more than 12 types of Mechanici throughout the stage.
In order to do this challenge, you’ll mainly want to use the Electro, Pyro, Cryo, Physical Attack and Mysticus Mechainci, then place them in the chokepoints to keep the enemies at bay. Like in the Challenge below, if enemies are getting past too fast, consider swapping Cryo out for Hydro to slow them down in the next attempt.
- Clear a stage at difficulty 7 or higher in Theater Mechanicus while defeating all monsters.
For this Challenge, you’ll want to cover the choke points with a mixture of elements, then place down a few Physical Attack Mechanici along with Mysticus Mechanici to buff the nearby Mechanici. If you find out the enemies are getting past too quickly, then consider placing a couple of Hydro Mechanci to slow them down which will allow the other Mechanici will have a better chance of dealing with them.
- Clear a stage at difficulty 7 or higher with a score of at least 875 points in Theater Mechanicus.
This is the one of the easier challenges, as you get a lot more points from taking down enemies anyway, but you may be one to place a couple Recovery Mechanicus’ in the chokepoints for the first few rounds, then replace it with a more useful Mechanici. Finally, make sure to grab the Get 250 Veneficus Points Mystic Art.
Other Challenges¶
Alongside the Mechanci and Stage Challenges, you’ll also need to defeat a total of 900 monsters and spend 9,000 Veneficus Points. However, these challenges should already be completed by completing the previous two sets of challenges.
