Owner of the Jade Chamber in the skies above Liyue, there are stories abound about Ningguang, with her elegance and mysterious smile. As a Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing, not only does she embody law and order, she also represents fortune and wit.
Normal Attack: Shoots gems that deal Geo DMG. Upon hit, this grants Ningguang 1 Star Jade. Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to fire off a giant gem that deals Geo DMG. If Ningguang has any Star Jades, unleashing a Charged Attack will cause the Star Jades to be fired at the enemy as well, dealing additional DMG. Plunging Attack: Gathering the might of Geo, Ningguang plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all enemies in her path. Deals AoE Geo DMG upon impact with the ground.

Jade Screen
Ningguang creates a Jade Screen out of gold, obsidian and her great opulence, dealing AoE Geo DMG. Jade Screen: Blocks enemy projectiles. Endurance scales based on Ningguang’s Max HP. Jade Screen is considered a Geo Construct and can be used to block certain attacks, but cannot be climbed. Only one Jade Screen may exist at any one time.
Elemental Burst
Starshatter
Gathering a great number of gems, Ningguang scatters them all at once, sending homing projectiles at her enemies that deal massive Geo DMG. If Starshatter is cast when a Jade Screen is nearby, the Jade Screen will fire additional gem projectiles at the same time.
Upon obtaining an Elemental Shard created through a Crystallize Reaction, all party members gain 35% RES to that particular element for 10s. Only one form of Elemental RES can be gained in this manner at any one time.
Increases Elemental DMG Bonus by 12%. Normal attack hits have a 50% chance to earn the favor of the clouds, which actively seeks out nearby enemies to attack for 15s. Dealing 160% ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 30s.
Normal and Charged Attacks have a 50% chance to fire a bolt of Perception, dealing 240% ATK as DMG. This bolt can bounce between enemies a maximum of 4 times. This effect can occur once every 12s.
CRIT Hits have a 60% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 12s.
