In Eternia city, approach the far right corner of the city and three Eternians–Khint, Einheria and Holly–will have a chance reunion. Amidst their nostalgic chattering, it turns out Einheria has a task for Edea. However, first she wants to test Edea’s prowess–and what better way than to have Edea battle her and her two ex-comrades?
Boss: Khint, Holly and Einheria¶
Level | HP | Weak to |
---|---|---|
66 | 75,000 (Khint), 65,000 (Holly), 70,000 (Einheria) | Nothing |
This battle is among the easier of the group battles, as the trio’s synergy is far from superb. Of the three, Einheria is the most dangerous, impaling your party with her Crescent Moon or a single target with Jump. Good thing you can block her all-physical hits with Rampart or Utsusemi; otherwise, Default to weaken the blows.
Either way, try to clear Einheria out first to reduce potential headaches. As you’re probably familiar by now, Einheria will use Spirit Barrier on herself when her HP goes critical; remember to keep the White Magic Job Command on somebody (though there aren’t many occasions when you shouldn’t have it) so you can Dispel the barrier and continue with your onslaught.
Holly is versatile with her offensive, healing and support magic, but not a major threat if you watch your back. Their ex-commander Khint is the weakest link here, with his limited pool of single-hitting moves; although he can surprise you when he Braves. The only way you could really mess up is if you forget to put Silence Immunity on your healer.
Khint’s got nothing worthwhile to steal, while Holly is holding onto a spare Luminous Robe (amplifies Light) and Einheria is sporting an extra Longinus.
Succeed in trouncing the trio and Einheria will be assured that Edea is up to the task. What’s the task, you ask? To infiltrate the depths of Central Command and rout a gang of conspirers… That sounds right up our alley!
