How to Complete The Final Challenges of Muspelheim Favor in God of War Ragnarok¶
The basic principle for completing this favor is simple enough: you need to complete all six major Muspelheim Challenges, but you can only access these after completing at least six of the Muspelheim Trials. The difference between Trials and Challenges in Muspelheim and how to unlock them can be confusing at first, so be sure to check our page on How Muspelheim Trials and Challenges Work in GoWR if you need help there. However, for the purposes of this favor, the challenges that you need to complete are listed in the table below.

As you can see, there are specific Trial Combinations to unlock each challenge, which means you need to complete one trial from each of the specified sword monuments which are marked by a particular rune (F, N, and R). All of these trials (and their associated sword monument runes) are listed in the table below.

These are the initial six trials that you’ll have access to and which you need to beat at least once in order to complete The Crucible favor. After that, the following additional trials will be unlocked for each sword monument:

You can choose to complete any one of the three trials on offer from each of the sword monuments, so long as you complete one from each monument with the appropriate rune associated with it. For example, if you want to unlock the Shield Breaker Challenge, you need to complete one of Weapon Mastery, Flawless or Rampage from sword monument F, and then one of Population Control, King of the Hill, or Kill Fuse from sword monument R. You can then go to the central sword in the arena just below where the forge is and interact with it to access the challenge.
